Had the luxury of eating great food at 121 Artisan Bistro in Lake Charles and meeting the executive chef Benny Gray. Had brunch and lunch. 10 ounce steak with potatoes and eggs then a 16 ounce ribeye with crawfish Mac and cheese. Amazing. #SFAstrong
