Today marks the end of #WorldBreastfeedingWeek – an excellent time to reflect on midwives going above & beyond to give infant feeding support during #COVID. Great to see work being done by PRUH King's College NHS, incl. a dedicated phoneline staffed by midwives shielding at home

Elsewhere midwives in Tower Hamlets Tower Hamlets GP Care Group Tower Hamlets Baby Feeding Service have used frequent video appts, kept tongue tie services running and have partnered with children’s centres to provide evidence-based resources and information to women through virtual groups.

And then committed student midwives at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust have helped provide 24 hour infant feeding support on postnatal wards. Some great work all over.
