Look how much exposure horse racing got from this one post. This user is talking about a horse racing video game he started playing, and then he started watching live races. It just goes to show all it takes is one thrilling experience for someone to get hooked to racing.

Matt Dinerman Its true. This was the first live horse race I ever watched where I actively seeked it out. (Ive loosely followed triple crown hopefuls throughout the 2000s). All because of the game. And now I am excited to attend tracks near me, one of which luckily hosts a triple crown leg.

Due to extreme heat, live racing has been CANCELED at Monmouth Park today. Live racing resumes tomorrow at 12:50 PM.
