At 4th SFAB, SAAPM is a daily commitment to protect, support, and lead with integrity. “Leaders must take all proper measures to safeguard the morale, well-being, and welfare of the Soldiers under our charge.” SAAPM is leadership in action.

Force Package 25-2 validated at JRTC 25-05, setting the standard for SFAB rotations. Advisors operated in an LSCO environment, executing joint TOC ops, MDMP, and CUOPs, proving readiness to strengthen NATO Allies’ warfighting capability, lethality, and interoperability.

On April 21, Team Balkans flew by Blackhawk to Mount Duke, Kosovo, for a memorable reenlistment ceremony. SSG Patrick, 4 years an SFAB Advisor, continues his Army journey, next stop: Fort Wainwright or SFAS. Big goals ahead. Unity and Victory! #Army #4thSFAB
