One of my favorite drills from last week is our Transition Running Drill, practicing the transition from a shuffle to a crossover run - Focus on how LB uses their hips to transition in and out of movements - Want shoulders to remain square to LOS during Crossover Run

We will change cone placement to alter the angle and length of the crossover run sections. Great EDD to work different types of movement in the box!

785 LB of the Week is Kaleb Dewey! (FR, Washburn) Kaleb Dewey - 2x 1st Team All-Sunflower League - 2x 1st Team 6A All-State - 2x STATE CHAMPION Kaleb recorded 115 tackles and forced 5 fumbles in his Senior season at Gardner-Edgerton. Excited to have him as part of the Lab!
