A rally in support of the downtown Kitchener CTS is scheduled for Wednesday outside Region of Waterloo headquarters. Since the site opened in 2019, 100 per cent of the 1,040 overdoses that have happened at the CTS have been reversed + 0 deaths have been reported there.
