It was great to visit the ⁦The History Museum⁩ again after several years. The official repository of the ⁦AAGPBL Official⁩ has a terrific permanent exhibit on the league. This is former player Ann Petrovic in front of a map of league teams.

It’s wonderful to be back in South Bend for our 40th anniversary of the #AAGPBL Players Association reunions! We have had two wonderful days and so enjoy being together as a group. Can’t wait for the fun to continue tomorrow!

It is with a heavy heart to report that #AAGPBL star pitcher Jean Faut, passed away this morning. She was 98 years old. Jean was a 2x Player of the Year, 4x All-Star, and the only pro pitcher (either male or female) to toss two perfect games in a career.

Jean Faut's two South Bend Blue Sox perfectos were July 21, 1951 at home against the Rockford Peaches and Sept. 3, 1953 against the Lassies in Kalamazoo. She also had no-hitters in '48 and '49. RIP
