දැන් කොම්පඤ්ඤවීදිය මිනිසුන් කොළඹ නගරයේ යටත්විජිතවාදී ඉතිහාසයේ ප්‍රධානතම කොටසකි. කොළඹ යනු ඔවුන්ගේ ගමයි- ඔවුන්ගේ මුතුන් මිත්තන් විසූ නිවහන යි. නාගරික ප්‍රතිනිර්මාණය නිසා මෙම ප්‍රජාවන් සහ ඔවුන්ගේ නිවාස විනාශ වෙමින් පවතී. මෙසේ මැකී යන්නේ ඔවුන්ගේ ඉතිහාසය සහ මතකයන්ය.
