Insights by Andreas Zietzer at #DGKHerztage lncRNA MIR3142HG is upregulated in endothelial cells after IS-injury and exhibits higher blood levels in pat with lower GFR. MIR3124HG may therefore be an interesting target for further investigation of CKD assoc endothelial injury.

Our latest publication JAMA Cardiology: We identified 17 #AorticStenosis specific genetic loci, including 5 novel loci. Serum #phosphate is a unique AS risk factor. Our findings reveal AS's distinct pathways from #CAD, paving the way for targeted therapies. ➡️bit.ly/4ezb2pq
