We had a great day at Thirsk Racecourse for the Army Benevolent Fund Handicap Stakes. Huge thanks to the Racecourse, and to the soldiers from 21 Engineer Regiment that helped us to collect.

Home for the next couple of weeks - the Defence Academy, substituting my Army Benevolent Fund job for my British Army 🇬🇧 job temporarily. Facilitating Command and Leadership journeys, amongst other things, for Reserve OF4s from the UK and overseas.

A great day at Catterick Racecourse yesterday for the Army Benevolent Fund Handicap Stakes, supported fantastically by Hugh James and 6 Regiment RLC . Great to host BIG Phil Campion and the Pulse Fitness team. Huge thanks to all involved!

Hugely proud of our Army Benevolent Fund #GreatNorthRun2024 runners today! Fantastic effort in quite miserable conditions☔️☔️! Well done all! 🙏

A great trip to Royal Hospital Chelsea this evening to catch up with these two fantastic In-Pensioners, Peter and Terry. It is always an absolute privilege to stand (or drink!) in the shadows of giants.

I picked up two of these magnificent Steel Soldiers today from ACS Stainless in Leeds. They will be used at the Army Benevolent Fund Festival of Remembrance next Saturday. Get yours here: acsstainless.co.uk/steel-soldiers… All monies raised go to Army Benevolent Fund.

It was an honour to organise last night's Army Benevolent Fund Festival of Remembrance at Durham Cathedral last night, with Amy Simeon and manxmaninuk. So grateful to all who performed, participated, supported, and attended, this iconic event.

Tonight, we will be attending the Festival of Boxing at The Infantry Training Centre Centre Catterick, supporting the Army Benevolent Fund. Watch live from 19:00 tonight: youtube.com/watch?app=desk…
