A glass of fizz is Pierre Martin's preferred way to start Christmas morning, ideally in the French Alps, freshly coated in snow! For Christmas lunch, a large plate of fresh seafood alongside a magnum of Les Mont Damnés!

Skiing, was the resounding answer from Kate & Tom when asked how they would spend their perfect Christmas! An aprés-ski lunch would include, for Tom, Pinot Noir Deux with roasted lamb and for Kate, Oysters, Foie Gras Terrine with a crisp salad & a bottle of Crémant de Portland.

A perfect Christmas for James Cooter, winemaker Hedonist Wines, would be lying in the sunshine, watching the Aussies beat the Poms at cricket, followed by a traditional Christmas Roast Turkey lunch, served with a bottle of Hedonist Ecology Grenache.
