Happening today at lunch! Join the members of the ACLU-IL in an informational picket as we call on leadership to give us the raises we’re entitled to and sign a fair contract.

Mgmt at ACLU of Illinois has been found GUILTY of the unfair labor practice charge we filed regarding their refusal to give us annual pay raises since unionization in 2021. Even so, management has rejected NLRB’s proposed settlement, saying they did nothing wrong. Shameful!

It’s a beautiful day to picket. We’re out here spreading the word that mgmt needs to give us a fair contract now!

A reminder of why we’re picketing: our members haven’t had a raise since 2021, even while management has continued to get raises each year as usual. We demand fair wages now!
