On Aug 5 , our Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Dawn Miller as Vice President and unanimously elected Andrew Gustafson, Trustee and Vice-Chair of Christ The Redeemer (CTR) Catholic Schools, to serve as Interim Vice-President of the ACSTA. We are honored to have Andrew serve in this capacity!

Last week, we attended the annual Evening at the MAC!, hosted by Catholic Social Services, who are providing support and healing to so many throughout Alberta. Our Catholic schools are proud to be partners with CSS in the endeavor of bringing the healing love of Christ to those we serve!

We had a joy-filled and productive Board of Directors meeting on Sept 11-12! We worked hard, took time to celebrate our retiring trustees, and Bishop McGratton even took the time for a bit of babysitting, taking care of the next generation of Catholic ed champions ;)

Yesterday, we were honored to attend the grand opening of St. Carlo Acutis Catholic School in Camrose. Congratulations to Elk Island Catholic Schools on the opening of this new school. St. Carlo Acutis, pray for us!
