Congratulations to UHNM Clinical Nurse Educator Shirley Wallace has raised £1400 for the Trust’s Alcohol Liaison Team. Shirley had her long locks lopped off to raise awareness and vital funds in memory of her late ex-husband.

Research from Alcohol Change UK, the charity behind the 31-day break from booze, has found that more than half* (54%) of UK drinkers have tried at least one method to manage their drinking in the past. One in five of us are wanting to reduce how much alcohol we drink in 2025!
