A Care Quality Commission Patient Survey has placed our Emergency Department in the UK's top ten for patient satisfaction. The Royal’s ED came 6th in the survey of almost 50,000 patients carried out in September 2020 a magnificent achievement from our brilliant team.

The HydroFlex chairs arrived on the frailty ward last week and they look fantastic! This is to ensure our patients in the ambulatory bay are as comfortable as possible during their stay with us. As you can see, the staff were happy to have a test run during a well earned break!
