The ACS School Board celebrated teachers and staff who've been awarded grants from the Public School Partnership Mini-Grant program at Appalachian State University. The grants could be up to one-thousand dollars and are meant to support STEM activities. #acschildrenfirst

ACS and the NC School Board Association (NCSBA) recognizes Caroline Bowles. The third-grader from Bethlehem Elementary won first place in the statewide group's 3rd-5th grade poster contest this year. The theme for this year's contest was "My Classroom is a Time Machine."
