Wonderful to have an opportunity to have my nephew on air with A Critical Ear for a Simpsons special, where we celebrate Heather Boyle 👋

I don’t know how any parent can hear the descriptions - let alone see the graphic evidence - without a visceral physical response. It’s unthinkable. Indefensible.

My younger son is on a mythology kick at present (thanks largely to the National Geographic wonderful Greeking Out podcast). The podcast started with a Greek focus, but has covered a range of myths from across the world - it’s a great introduction, nicely done.
