This afternoon at The Academy for Emerging Leaders in Patient Safety many learners, physicians and nurses, opened up about distress, burnout, and suicide that they have faced. On my last night at The Academy for Emerging Leaders in Patient Safety we all watched HBOās Bleed Out with director Steve Burrows. Following the documentary we had a great discussion led by David Mayer MD. If you havenāt seen Bleed Out itās a much watch for everybody, especially those in patient safety.
