Through funded delivery from our Sport and Youth Mental Health project, pupils at Ford End C of E Primary School were able to try some yoga and feel the benefit of mindfulness activities such as this. Amazing to see, thank you to Project Mind Empower (Project:ME)

Our BoxSmart 'On the Ropes' programme delivered with the dedicated team at Changing Lives Community Services is an amazing way for young people to get moving, make friends and find a support network that makes them feel heard. The boxing is unique to the project and the young people love it!

We are at the Essex Community Foundation Symposium today for the launch of their Strategy 2024-2030. It’s been great to hear from guest speakers such as Immy Kaur from Civic Square, and David Scurr from CAST discussing AI and funding in crises.

We stand with ActiveEssex & Essex County Council in supporting White Ribbon UK this #WhiteRibbonDay. Together, we can end men’s violence against women & girls by driving culture change through sport & physical activity in #Essex. #ItStartsWithMen

Did you see Lewis Richardson got out to see an @EssexActivAte Winter #HAF2024 club. Lewis really values his connection to the community, and we think it's great that he wants to inspire young people, like him, to get involved in physical activity and sport.
