My original data were collected a year ago in October 2023, whilst the BBC results were produced in Summer 2024. Preliminary results from our Academic Forum for the Study of Gambling (AFSG)-funded study (with Callum Deery) suggest 87% of ads remain non-compliant in late 2024. Sadly, the situation has NOT improved!
