Q3: I have joined facebook groups called PrincipalPrinciples and PrincipalLife to collaborate with other admin across the country/world all based on the premise of raising student achievement. #cravenedchat

Q4: Allow for teambuilding not only with staff but also with students. Use agreements that allow for a consistency across the class/school. Develop an advocacy program where all students have someone special to rely on at school. #cravenedchat

Planning for the needs of the individual students. Allow them to take ownership of their learning and facilitate rather than dictate!#cravenedchat
