Congratulations to Maisey (8VBL) - she has made it into Worcestershire U13s cricket squad for the 24/25 season - her 5th representing her county. She has also been selected as one of only 16 players across the county for the Emerging Player Program (generally for U15s and U18s).

Yesterday Mrs Bremner-Smith (Head of Year 10) gave an assembly to Years 7 - 11 linked to Children's Mental Health Week. Thank you to all our pastoral staff who support our students on a daily basis. Pastoral care and personal development are at the heart of AGS.

AGS Sixth Form is a wonderful place to study. Tomorrow, we are looking forward to welcoming over 600 Year 11 students to our unique subject-sampling evening. We very much hope that the evening will support all present to make the right choice(s) for them.

Y8 have been learning about gluten;how it is formed and its function in recipes. The practical application of this knowledge came in the form of pizza making! Look how incredible these pizzas are. Here’s hoping it didn’t all get eaten before they got home!! #lovefoodlovescience

Y12s enjoyed a wonderful tour of Westlands UK British growers of micro herbs and edible flowers. We were invited to tour their production greenhouses and to try their incredible range of sustainably grown produce. An incredibly valuable learning experience.
