Well done Ilaria Ilaria Marina Michelozzi on setting this protocol for the functional phenotyping of CAR T cells up! STAR Protocols

Belated joint Christmas lunch of the Castellano and Giustacchini labs. New positions will open on bioinformatics and Spatial Transcriptomics for translational research! Contact me at [email protected]

Very happy to see our paper out in Blood Advances. It’s all explained in Ilaria’s thread! Great work Ilaria Marina Michelozzi and thanks to all our collaborators!

We are looking for a computational biologist and a senior tech to build our group Human Technopole in Milan! We combine single-cell multiomics and functional assays to establish mechanistic relationships between leukemia stem cells and immunity in therapy escape. DM for info!

📢 PhD position available in my lab ‼️ 🧑‍🔬 🧑‍💻 The candidate will investigate the molecular regulation of lymphocyte development using cutting-edge single-cell multimodal approaches ✉️ Reach out via DM or email to discuss in more detail ➡️ Apply via semm.it/education/how-…

Glad to share our latest work published in Nature Communications, where we we discover the existence of evolutionary signatures of cancer characterizing patients with similar prognosis and study their implications for predicting cancer progression and outcomes. nature.com/articles/s4146…

1/5 Our paper is out today Nature Communications. We report a new feedback mechanism by which, in response to platelet depletion, IL-1 secreted by activated platelets signals through Lepr+ niche cells to activate HSCs and restore homeostasis. MRC WIMM, @Karolinskainst, Imperial Department of Immunology & Inflammation.

Excited to begin this project, jointly awarded to us and Ruggiero Norfo!

It's an absolute pleasure to see this published in Nature Communications. The first paper from my group at Human Technopole (Human Technopole) and by stellar PhD student Francesco Cisternino. All work he did in his first year! Fab! nature.com/articles/s4146…

We are looking for a passionate computational postdoc to join our lab Human Technopole in Milan! 🇮🇹🧬 Project funded by Fondazione AIRC per la ricerca sul cancro to model the dynamics of cell therapies in blood cancers using single-cell multiomics 🔬 4-year contract careers.humantechnopole.it/o/postdoc-in-c…
