Lately we have seen inspiring performances from the S3/4 Falkirk High School Rugby Teams. 🙎‍♂️The boys showed determentation in the Falkirk Schools Cup. 🙋‍♀️The Girls took part in a Caledonia Schools Play Opportunity winning both their games. Over 70% of them play for Falkirk RFC Youths

📣A massive Thank you Emma! 👏 👟The Falkirk High School Pupil and Falkirk RFC Youths star has donated a pair of boots to the FHSPhysicalEducation for those without to use for PE and sports sessions!

Well done to the 🔟 attendees on last month's Rugby Activators Course ran at FHSPhysicalEducation 🧢We had 8 pupils from Falkirk High School who are ready to put on their coaches caps and assist Primary Delivery and at Falkirk RFC Youths Thank you to the pupils from Denny High PE 🏳️‍🌈🌟 for coming along.

👏Congratulations to Andrew who earned Mr Hains Pupil of the Month for November. 🎯His game winning kick against Braes and his growing confidence and composure has helped the team enormously.

🗞PRESS RELEASE📣 Our S1 & S2 Rugby Captains were at Scotstoun on Wednesday for the Glasgow Warriors Championship Launch Event. 📚 We learnt about how SPEN powers our homes and how to stay safe around utilities. 🏟We also had a tour and Q&A with some professional players 🙋‍♀️

🥵After an hour of hard work after school, our girls chose to do their team photo on the comfort on the crash mats. 👏Well done to the girls that showed up tonight, we worked on defence, passing and fitness(aka diving onto the mats) Looking forward to our first game next week!

4️⃣ Girls represented Falkirk RFC Youths at the first U15 Player Development Hub session in Dunfermline today. 🏉 They all did themselves and Falkirk Rugby Club proud. I'm excited to watch them taking on this new challenge over the next couple of weeks! 🎯

7️⃣s season has come early for our U18 Falkirk/Strathendrick Girls. It was a joy to work this team in the first round of the Caley Cup!

Another brilliant S5/6 game against Edinburgh Schools. The game was even more competitive than last year and its great to see players from different clubs combining to create the Falkirk/Grangemouth Schools Select 1️⃣5️⃣. Looking forward to going again next year!

🏆Well Done Sofia for being awarded Mr Hains Pupil of the Month. She has showed alot of progress in Rugby recently with her running lines and work ethic in class 👏

📢3️⃣3️⃣ Girls Playing Rugby last night between Falkirk High School Denny High PE 🏳️‍🌈🌟 Larbert High School There were some brilliant tackles put in by all schools and the Girls confidence is definitely improving 💪.

Our U15 Boys are now hard at work learning the gym fundamentals. Our priority is making sure these players understand ❤️How we warm up 🔛Activating Muscles 🧘‍♂️Mobilizing our joints
