Already a full room at the first side event of the The Global Research Council (GRC) annual meeting in Interlaken. I am looking forward to a week full of exchanges on #sustainability in research and meeting many colleagues from funding agencies and research councils from all over the world. #grc24

#SustainableResearch requires a cultural change, said Astrid Eichhorn from the University of Southern Denmark at #GRC24. She explained how funding organisations manage to enable change, create incentives and eliminate obstacles.@AstridEichhorn Syddansk Universitet

It has been a great pleasure having Rajesh Tandon at the #GRC24 annual meeting in Interlaken. The active participation of communities in the creation and process of research is critical for making research excellent and impactful. Thanks a lot for your important contribution.

Thank you to Erzsébet Tóth-Czifra, CoARA; Gareth O'Neill, @TechnopolisGrp; and Science Europe members @MichStrin; Swiss National Science Foundation and Miklós Györffi, HUN-REN for a great discussion at #ESOF2024 on the role qualitative evaluation and quantitative indicators should play in #ReformingRA.

The discussion on #dualuse research has gained increased relevance in Europe, particularly in the context of EU framework programmes. Swiss National Science Foundation just published a new position paper, looking into different options and exploring its own approach to this topic. bit.ly/3KLOVzx
