Major patterns that may influence rates of coccidioidomycosis are hydroclimate swings (extreme drought followed by heavy precipitation) which are getting more extreme with climate change, and possibly wildfire & dust #msgerc2024

#MSGERC 2024 was a blast!! Amazing opportunity for young ID physicians to get into the field of mycology and meet the people who have worked so hard to advance it. Always great to see old friends and make new connections! Colorado is just stunning. Until next time! 🌄🍄‍🟫🪸

What he doesn't bother to clarify is that the pt was *also* on chemo at the same time. This is quackery, please don't be fooled. If he were so confident that I+F work so well, he would have told the patient to stop chemo. But that would make him liable, not good for business!
