Check out this pub in Nature Communications from PavesiLab, which includes a 3D cytotoxicity assay based on our idenTx platform. The results suggest a way to boost efficacy of TCR or CAR-based cancer treatment, possibly reducing need for multiple treatment rounds. nature.com/articles/s4146…
