We cut the shelter rent tax! Joined @harveyforny, @briankavanaghny, Brad Hoylman-Sigal 🌈🥯, and Mitchell-Lama residents to celebrate our win in this year’s budget to cut the shelter rent tax by 50% and provide new capital funding to Mitchell-Lama developments.

Wepa!! Our second annual Rhythms of LES with daisy was a joyful celebration of Puerto Rican heritage. Hundreds of community members joined us to dance to salsa music by the Carlos Jimenez Mambo Orchestra and enjoy delicious food from Mía’s Cocína
