The conflation between scientific and dehumanizing is once again, doing a lot of leg work here. Whenever autistic people are like "please don't dehumaize, objectify, or stigmatize me or us" there will always be a researcher ready to claim "but it's science".

This #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek we're encouraging therapists of all schools and modalities to seek out neurodivergent trainers, when undertaking training on neurodiversity ✨

This would be of great benefit to neurodivergent trainee therapists. A lot still needs to be done to ensure course tutors are equipped with up-to-date information, and acting from facts, not false assumptions, about neurodivergent trainees.
