Amazing day with an amazing group of ANNPs yesterday. Thank you so much to all at the Neonatal Nurses Association (NNA) for making the first #NNAANNPConf24 so successful and to all the speakers for inspiring, upskilling and supporting us in achieving the 4 pillars. Here’s to next year!

Frankie Fair highlighting the inequalities for our ethnic minority infants. There is still so much to do to reduce inequalities for these babies but acknowledging it and talking about it is an important start. Neonatal Nurses Association (NNA) #NNAConf24

Kelly from the Neonatal Nurses Association (NNA) team shining a light on #professionalnurseadvocates and what they can offer us as neonatal nurses #nnaconf24

Julia Cooper Lead Care Coordinator sharing how listening events can reduce inconsistencies across their network. Providing a valuable insight into family experiences and how these can shape our services. Neonatal Nurses Association (NNA) #nnaconf24

Kate Lamming talking about the leadership and management training course they have developed within their network. Sounds like a fantastic course, well done to all involved in its development. Neonatal Nurses Association (NNA) #nnaconf24
