Illegally modified e-bikes are causing havoc in our towns, cities and communities. Battery fires, antisocial behaviour and the exploitation of workers in the gig economy are increasing due to the lack of regulation on e-bikes. I spoke to BBC Leeds about our report APPG for Cycling & Walking.
