It's 10 years since the carrier bag charge was introduced in Scotland! Our incredible Marine Conservation Society Beachwatch volunteers gathered the data to get the new law & are now showing its success - on average nearly 90% less bags on beaches! Thanks STV News - Now we need to move to reuse!
