Everyday, people gather in this public space to sell, buy, and smoke Angel Dust. That they are doing these things in broad daylight across from a nursery school, near an elementary school, near NYCHA Housing and small businesses doesn’t seem to matter. NYPD 28th Precinct @NYPDONeill
