We mourn the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Dr. Lynn Jeffries—a true champion of pediatric physical therapy and a dedicated humanitarian. Honored with the 2024 APTA Humanitarian Award, she leaves an enduring legacy of compassion, generosity, and service.

I wanted to congratulate my friend and former APTA President, Scott Ward, on his retirement. His contributions to the profession are appreciated and an aspiration for many of us that benefitted from his intellect, calm presence and care for our patients and community.
