Here’s a good one. Meritain Health has decided ABVD is “experimental” for stage IIB Hodgkin lymphoma in a 27 year old. They won’t cover it and our appeal was denied despite this being standard of care for decades. Dr. Glaucomflecken this is beyond belief. 🤯
