H.E. President William Samoei Ruto, PhD today commissioned the Etio Dam in Kapteren, Keiyo North Constituency, Elgeyo Marakwet County. The transformative project will benefit over 8,000 households by providing a reliable water supply and enabling irrigation of more than 2,500 acres.

Inspected the ongoing construction of Somare Dam in Moyale,Marsabit County.Once complete,the 160 million ltrs dam will serve over 5,000 households with water for domestic use,livestock &irrigation.This is part of gov't commitment to water security in ASALs Counties.
