Day 3 of #ASBS2021 starts with a though-provoking keynote by Kipiro Damas from the Lae National Herbarium about the current state of systematic botany in Papua New Guinea, raising many important, difficult questions on knowledge transfer

The keynote was followed by a three-session symposium on Papua New Guinea. This is a phenomenal achievement and perhaps a first in the history of our Society! Huge congrats to all the speakers and ASBS Meetings for pulling this together! 🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬
