The annual Sydney Historical Archaeology Practitioners (SHAP) workshop was hosted by a team from Biosis Pty Ltd on Friday, 23 May at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence. This year's theme was 'The future of investigating the past - archaeology as a diminishing resource'.

ASHA had a strong presence at the SHAP workshop held as part of National Archaeology Week. Committee Members managed a table showcasing and selling ASHA publications. The ASHA President gave an update and advised that Volume 40 of the AHA Journal is printed and will be with members soon.
