At today's AGM, Karien van Gennip was appointed to ASML's Supervisory Board. She previously served as Minister and Deputy Prime Minister in the Dutch government. The Supervisory Board also marked the departure of Annet Aris, who has served as its vice chair since 2021.

Two weeks ago, we reported €7.7 billion in total net sales and €2.4 billion in net income for Q1 2025. Total net sales for 2025 are expected to be between €30 billion and €35 billion.

On July 16, we reported €7.7 billion in total net sales and €2.3 billion in net income for Q2 2025. We expect a full-year 2025 total net sales increase of around 15% relative to 2024, with a gross margin of around 52%.
