To finish off day one of #ASPOG24, Prof Martha Hickey gave us a captivating presentation, speaking on empowering women to manage menopause. An incredible way to end the day.

First up on day 2, our panel speaking on birth trauma with Debra Pidd, Nisha Khot (She/Her) and Dr Jo Power. Such important work and implications for clinical practice. A thought provoking session!

Next up we have session 6: Cross-cultural, intersectional and underserved populations. What a great session it was!

It was a real wake-up discussion We can’t continue to do the same thing and expect a different outcome If women tell us that they have been harmed, we must listen & improve And we absolutely MUST stop making this about us (healthcare providers)

Panel #2 today spoke on abortion, with our speakers Aekta Neel, @kate_chaouki and online, Mel Groetz. “We must keep being loud.” A fantastic and engaging discussion around abortion stigma. #ASPOG24
