Perhaps people are finally cottoning on that we pay 20% VAT already, unlike the majority of places that introduced a small flat rate tourist fee & only applies to tourists. In Scotland the Scottish Government applies it to all of us! Calling it a tourist levy is smoke and mirrors #SaveSC
