🇺🇦 🏴 On Ukrainian Flag Day leading up to Independence Day, AUGB Glasgow was honoured to take part in a ceremony at Edinburgh City Chambers, witnessing Scotland's strong solidarity with Ukraine and continued support for Ukrainians Scottish Government #StandWithUkraine




Scotland stands in solidarity with Ukraine. We are continuing to work with councils and the third sector to support those displaced by the war. Social Justice Secretary Shirley-Anne Somerville visited AUGB Glasgow to meet Ukrainians and hear their experiences of coming to Scotland.

Today is #defendersday, which honours veterans and fallen members of the Ukrainian armed forces. Speaking at a ceremony, Equalities Minister Kaukab Stewart MSP paid tribute to those who have lost their lives and reaffirmed Scotland’s support for people displaced by the conflict.
