This is interesting. Not something we've seen from the UK government regarding the closure of languages at Hull, Sunderland, Huddersfield, Coventry etc, as far as I'm aware.

David Leask AULC Of course, any University offering elective language study alongside an immersive degree programme in languages & cultures needs to do it properly. The University of Aberdeen proposals do not fulfil the criteria, so do risk being ‘just for fun’.
