I am so lucky to have Liying Luo as a colleague, and I am so glad to get to celebrate her tenure and promotion!

What an experience! This course gave me tools I never thought I could use to model kinship within my research area. Thanks to MPIDR for the opportunity, and thanks to AppDemography and Ashton Verdery for the support. Pd: also, made a bunch of new friends and coauthors. 👍🏼🫶🏼
