🚀Na over-correction (Na📈) as THE (only) cause of ODS/CPM: An absurd over-simplification. Since 1980s, Na📈 has been portrayed as the main cause of CPM (so far as now the terms ODS and CPM are used synonymously). However, finding the truth (if it exists) is more complicated.

I think we need to re-define ODS/CPM and involve our Neurology colleagues. Considering the high % of CPM outside hypoNa settings, it's not reasonable to just focus on Na correction to mitigate this risk. I am also not sure we fully und the implications of CPM/ODS. In recent
