I feel like "huge if true" doesn't quite capture it, but Hannah Ritchie reckons that we can abate ~2% of global GHG emissions at <$1 per ton! And this isn't even a fiscal cost, you could presumably just force airline customers to pay a extra $1 each. sustainabilitybynumbers.com/p/eliminating-…
