Hill reps from back in my racing days. Mile and half warm-up to the mountain; six to eight reps, up hard, down easy, with each one a little faster than the one before. Follow with 4-6 miles over the bridge, through Papago, and back home.

Impressive performances this weekend. For guys: UofM HS Invite had 13 guys under 2:00 for 800m with the winner at 1:51.78. For Girls: Spokane HS Invite at the Podium had 8 ladies under 5:20 for the mile with the winner at 4:50.12

We had two portable steeplechase barriers built for practice. 3 piece breakdown and can be carried by 1 person.
