Excited to welcome the first cohort of “Training Course on Norms, International Law & #Cyberspace” in #Geneva. This course is a capacity building initiative of Security and #Technology Programme United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research for diplomats, technical and legal experts from the UN Member States.



The United States is proud to partner with United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research to provide training on responsible state behavior in cyberspace and related international law. I look forward to engaging with the course graduates on this priority issue as we move forward in this digital age!
