Incident 1. 3/1/23. Log 314. Avon and Somerset Police contacted team for advice concerning high risk suicidal male in North Somerset. Team on standby at 17.04. Advice provided on parking areas where mob phone was signalling. Stand down 18.55 police confirmed located missing person safely.

Incident 4. Contacted by Avon and Somerset Police to search for high risk missing person in Wrington area 17/2. Called out at 19.47. Nothing found, stand down at 23.51 to start again in the morning. She was found this morning, sadly deceased. Tragedy for her family & friends, condolences to all

Incident 5. Log 271. Delighted to have played our part in the search for James. We were called out at 14.27 to search Arnos Vale cemetery, then stood down at 16.35 as he’d been found. #callout #searchandrescue #missingperson #volunteers #landsearch #bristol

Incident 6 On 28/2 Avon and Somerset Police made contact requesting support to search for a high risk missing female in North Bristol area. Team called out at 09.52 but rapidly stood down at 10.07 as the female had been located and was receiving medical treatment. #callout

Incident 7. Contacted by Avon and Somerset Police 23.22 5/3 for a high risk missing person near #Axbridge Callout at 00.09 and after a targeted search, a casualty was sadly found deceased. The team were stood down at 04.58 hours. Our thoughts and condolences are with their family and friends.

Incident 8. Contacted by Avon and Somerset Police requesting help in finding a vulnerable missing person. Called out at 05.55. As team members were arriving the missing person was located. Members were able to assist South Western Ambulance Service with medical support. Stood down at 07.34. Library image. #callout

Incident 11. Log 928. 2/4/23 Standby at 10.43 called out at 10.49 to help Avon and Somerset Police search for a elderly male in Hartcliffe, Bristol. Deployed into urban fringe areas & urban parks. No find, team stood down 17.20. Shortly afterwards confirmed found safely. Thx to HartcliffeCityFarm

Incident 13. Log 712. The team’s technical rescue element were called out to support Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service & Avon Fire & Rescue Service at 17.32 on 7/4. A young male was injured & stuck on a steep slope in #CheddarGorge. Successfully brought down & handed to South Western Ambulance Service Team stood down at 19.11.

14. Log 849 16/4 ASSARs technical rope rescue team called out at 19.40 to support Avon and Somerset Police with hi risk young male in a quarry. Members able to assist officers making the area safe for all involved. Situation resolved, male moved to safe area. Team stood down 22.11. #cliffrescue

Team deployed to scene to administer casualty care before he was taken to hospital. Stood down 16.26. Thx to Exmoor Search Rescue for support

28. On 14/8 Avon and Somerset Police requested support in the search for a missing lady adjacent to the original Severn Bridge. Along with Severn Area Rescue land search conducted. Sadly a body was recovered from the water later. Condolences to the family. #searchandrescue
