💧In Aarhus the water loss is 5%, in Ghana it is up to 50%. Leak detection is therefore important to reduce water loss in the country. Ghana Water Company Limited according to a design from Aarhus Vand, is in the process of constructing a leakage detection training field. Denmark MFA 🇩🇰

💧Non-revenue water is a huge challenge in Ghana. 🌎Representatives from Ghana Water Institute went to the new leak detection field of Aarhus Vand using eg. camera and audio equipment was trained. 👩🏫The purpose is for instructors from Ghana to pass on knowledge at home.

🔧 Today, water pipes are assembled manually in an excavation 💡In the future, a robot will be a blacksmith's extended arm and assemble water pipes on the ground. The robotics company RobSub will together with Aarhus Vand , VandCenter Syd & HOFOR develop a robot solution.
